Cutest Dog EVER! Meet Phil! in Bedford, Texas For Sale

Meet Phil he is guessed to be a Chihuahua/Pug mix however no one is certain.
I rescued this little guy off the street after he ran in front of my car. I asked the neighbors and they said he had been abandoned 6 months prior and that they just fed him so he wouldn't starve.
The vet estimates his age to be 1-1.5 years old.
He's very healthy and has received all his shots and dewormers.
Phil is the sweetest little guy you will ever meet! He loves people and is okay with other animals of all kinds.
His whole body wiggles when he sees you.
He is not a barker and is a very quiet well mannered dog.
He's kennel trained and we are working on potty and leash training.
The ideal home for Phil would be someone who has time to spend with him and give him the attention he needs. He also needs a home with a SECURE area. He is an escape artist!
He will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 12.
Phil will come with a pre scheduled neuter appointment at a low cost clinic. You will be required to take him and pay for his neuter as I am not a rescue.
This is aprox. $55.
Phil will come with his medical records, some food, pre scheduled neuter appointment, and a life time of free grooming an training support.
Phil's new owner must be willing to sign a adoption contract to ensure he goes to a good home for the rest of his ENTIRE life.
His adoption fee is $250, this is to cover the shots and his vet appointment as well as ensure he goes to a good home!
This fee is NOT negotiable and will not be waived for any reason what so ever.
